A big, bakery-style 120 g sourdough chocolate chip cookie, handcrafted in small batches with our naturally fermented sourdough starter.

Rich and buttery with plenty of semi-sweet chocolate chips, a golden exterior, and a soft, chewy center. Made with our 8-year-old sourdough starter and organic bread flour.

Each cookie: approximately 120 g

Ingredients: Organic bread flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, sourdough starter (organic bread flour, filtered water), pure vanilla extract, baking soda, Pink Himalayan salt.
