A handcrafted Sourdough SEBA Stollen, made the traditional way with an artisan twist.

Slow-fermented with my 8-year-old starter, enriched with real butter, warm spices, citrus zest, and filled with rum-soaked fruits and a soft almond marzipan ribbon inside.
Finished with a snowy layer of powdered sugar—
just like the classic European holiday loaves, but made SEBA-style.

This will be a VERY limited batch for the holidays.
