Because our items are fresh baked food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
Due to food safety and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed or once products leave our care.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Sourdough breads and loaves
- Rolls and buns
- Cookies, brownies, cakes, and desserts
- Pastries, sweet breads, and other baked goods
We cannot guarantee product handling, storage, temperature, or conditions after pickup or delivery.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order at the time of pickup or delivery. If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address it.
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

- Photos of the product
- Proof of purchase

All custom orders, pre-orders, and special requests are final sale and non-refundable.
